Usage:

6-8 drops in an essential oil burner or diffuser.

4-6 drops in a carrier oil of 30ml. Massage on abdomin & back to relieve menstrual cramps.

2-3 drops in 5ml of carrier oil to disperse in a warm bath.

Not to be used during pregnancy or by those with epilepsy.
